ocean air

In early spring when warm sunshine brings every shade of green from branches and shoots, the ocean can still give a chill. Whether in or out of those frothy waves, just putting my bare feet in the cool sand makes all tension liquefy and instantly a smile appears.

What puts a smile on your face? Make a good long list. No matter the season, a true smile is good medicine.
